You sign up below. You tell us your skills, your location, and your calling. We match you with a regional working group or a specific project team. No experience is too small. No location is too remote.

Phase 2 — Months 1-3

Validate with Real Humans

Your team identifies one community in need. You listen first. You understand their actual constraints — not what you assume they need. You co-design the first Commons Node with them, not for them.

Phase 3 — Months 3-9

Build the First Node

Deploy community-owned assets — solar, agriculture, manufacturing, or digital services. The AI optimization layer goes live. Revenue begins flowing. The first stipends are distributed. This is your proof of concept.

Phase 4 — Months 9-18

Document & Replicate

Every line of code, every failure, every breakthrough is open-sourced. The replication fund auto-triggers when surplus crosses the threshold. The AI identifies the next viable community. Node Two begins.

Phase 5 — Years 2-5

Network Effect

Nodes trade with nodes. Energy flows from surplus to deficit. Knowledge propagates faster than capital. The protocol becomes a living economic organism — owned by no one, maintained by everyone, benefiting all.
